Onze partnerschool verwelkomt de studenten op slechts 10 minuten afstand van het beroemde strand van Noosa Beach, een van de bekendste surfplaatsen van Australië. Het cursuscentrum beschikt over 18 moderne klaslokalen met airconditioning, een talenlab en een grote bibliotheek. In de hele school is wifi en om je te ontspannen tussen de lessen door kun je genieten van de tv-kamer en de ontspanningsruimte met pingpongtafel. De school biedt een compleet studieprogramma aan: alles is inbegrepen in de prijs en wordt tot in de kleinste details georganiseerd. De studenten worden ondergebracht bij gastgezinnen, die zorgen voor alle maaltijden en op aanvraag voor dagelijks vervoer (betaalde service). In aanvulling op de lessen biedt de school een ruime keuze aan activiteiten, waardoor je kan kennismaken met het magnifieke gebied van Noosa en Queensland.

The daily activities are perfectly supervised and respond to all interests, including walks in the national parks, shopping, introduction to the Aboriginal culture, relaxing on the beach, kayak adventure...From Monday to Friday, you will discover each day new facets of Noosa and its surroundings. You will spend the weekends with your host family, a nice opportunity to discover Australian life!

Surf:
Description
With gorgeous world-class beaches, Noosa is a surfer’s paradise! This course will let you ride the waves straight after your fully immersive English classes. In your surfing classes, you’ll learn the basics of this exciting sport, from handling the board to learning to read surfing conditions. Soak up the sun, make friends, and enjoy Australia’s famous surfing culture while you learn English abroad!
Programme This programme consists of three hours of English every morning throughout the week, followed by two hours of surfing on four afternoons per week (Friday is left free in case of bad weather throughout the week). Surfing lessons will teach you all of the basics of this exciting sport, including how to handle the board, get up, understand surf conditions, and then practice in the sea with experienced surf trainers.
Level required This course is an introductory programme designed for beginner and intermediate surfers.
Materials All surfing materials are included, however, students should bring their own swimming suits, sun cream, towels, and water.
Location The activities occur at Noosa Beach, just 15 minutes from the school.
Number of students per group There will be an average of 10 students per group.
Please note: Our Noosa partner school offers surfing option, which take place every day and replace the afternoon activities programme. This option is included in the price of the activities programme but must be booked in advance (to find out about dates, please refer to our “dates and prices” section).
